REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Returns

Our Policy lasts 14 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after this period.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you have received, and unused. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we will notify you via email that we have recieved your item(s) and will be under inspection. 

We will notify you if either approval or rejection, and if approved your refund will be processed and credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.


Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they have been damaged or defective, if you have an issue with an order or its items, please email us at hello@andrewdavidhair.com and send your item to Andrew David Hair LTD, 35A High Street, Lyndhurst, SO43 7BE, United Kingdom.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable, once you have received a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping expensive items, we recommend you use a trackable shipping service with insurance. We will not guarantee that we will recieve your returned item(s).  Return Shipping & Exchanges may take reasonable time.
